Our Discovery
CFA was hired to conduct a Development Assessment. Through the course of that Assessment, we uncovered a lack of best practices in data entry that was creating incomplete, inconsistent, and unreliable donor information. Without reliable data, fundraising was unpredictable.
Our Approach
We worked alongside staff to implement recommendations from the assessment, including database conversion and policies around data management. We also conducted a wealth screening of the entire database and combined the results with a capacity analysis to create a powerful, prioritized road map.
The Results
Our work formed the foundation for growing a sustainable annual donor base, and greatly expanded the ability to develop a robust major gifts program. As a result, Experience Camps now has reliable data the organization can use to its advantage.
