Regina Haney

Blending business development expertise with an informed view of the challenges and opportunities facing today’s nonprofits, Regina is a trusted growth strategist who helps connect purpose-driven institutions with the services and counsel that can expand their capacity and maximize their impact. Her ability to develop custom strategies, effective tactics, and thoughtful implementation plans adds value to the creation of tailored solutions for CFA clients.
Prior to joining CFA, Regina served as a Senior Business Development Specialist at Fors Marsh, where she helped grow a practice focused on delivering communications research and evaluation services for behavior-change campaigns. Before that, she spent six years at the philanthropic consulting firm Marts&Lundy, where her work spanned across client relations, operations, and business development. Early in her career, Regina honed her project management and service delivery skills by working with environmental consultants and other clients on remediation and regulatory projects. She started expanding her business development expertise while working at a tech start-up that built software for the healthcare exchanges mandated under the Affordable Care Act.
With Midwestern roots, Regina currently resides with her artist husband in the Pacific Northwest, where they enjoy exploring the outdoors together. Passionate about building community, she serves on the board of the Grays Harbor Historical Seaport Authority (home of the tall ship Lady Washington) and is a member of the Harbor Art Guild. In her downtime, she often curls up with a good book and her three dogs.
