Lyndsi Pace

As Manager of Data Solutions at CFA, Lyndsi supports all data analysis and survey components of CFA projects. She brings over 10 years of experience in data analysis, assessments, fundraising, and communications in nonprofits and higher education to her role. Most recently, Lyndsi served as the Associate Director of Data, Assessment, and Planning for Career Services and Workforce Development at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she led campus-wide survey and reporting initiatives on one of the most diverse campuses in the nation.

Previously, Lyndsi oversaw development operations for The Smith Center for the Performing Arts. She has also led fundraising, communications, and operations for the Tanner Dance Program at the University of Utah and Urbanity Dance in Boston. She has a master’s degree in Arts Administration from Boston University and a certificate in Social Impact Measurement from Arizona State University.

Lyndsi lives in her hometown of Las Vegas, Nevada with her husband and rescue dog. In her free time, she volunteers for the National Alliance on Mental Illness and the Southern Nevada Arts Coalition, and she enjoys hiking and dancing.
