Often serving as the first point of contact within Creative Fundraising Advisors, Rob conducts his work according to the Three As — Adaptability, Accountability, and Availability.

Tasked with the day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the business, he executes the logistics of Feasibility Studies for our clients. In addition, he provides back-office support to our consultants, with responsibilities including accounting, research and statistics, compliance, and strategic partner acquisitions.

Rob leverages his diverse background in finance and management to enact our two primary administrative goals at CFA — to maintain positive relationships and efficiently execute projects.

His career began in Human Resources in the U.K., where he sourced candidates for companies such as Ferrari, Audi, and Mercedes-Benz. Upon moving to New York, he served as a corporate recruiter for Wall Street investment firms, including Barclays Investment Bank.

Since joining CFA in 2017, Rob has initiated and helped develop CFA’s web, social media, and marketing presence and pursued CFA’s involvement in industry-related events. His administrative support, research, and development has allowed CFAs breadth of operation, and client capacity to triple in size.
