Joan Olson joins Creative Fundraising Advisors as a Senior Consultant

Minneapolis, MN – February 28, 2018 — Creative Fundraising Advisors (CFA), a fundraising consultancy serving nonprofit organizations, welcomes Joan Olson as Senior Consultant. Joan has over 30 years of experience serving nonprofit agencies in growing mission-focused philanthropy. In her role, Joan will work with CFA clients on fundraising strategy and implementation, as well as the engagement of staff, board and volunteers toward their unique missions and goals.

Joan is a results-oriented executive with an expansive career in the nonprofit world. Joan led Minnesota’s largest arts fundraising campaign – the $103 million campaign for the Minneapolis Institute of Art (2003-2006) – and launched the first-ever capital campaign by the Minneapolis College of Art and Design (2009-2014). Joan’s philanthropic and business experience also includes work with WomenVenture, Twin Cities Public Television and Minnesota Public Radio.
